Spains property sales figures up by 15% this year compared to same time last year.

The latest monthly market report issued by the Instituto Nacional de Estadistica (INE) clearly shows that Spain’s property market is not only moving in the right direction, it is showing signs of a definite recovery.

The information was taken from national property sales in Spain from September 2015 and then compared to figures for the same period in the previous year.

When broken down into regions then the Costa del Sol came fifth with a 15% rise in sales year on year. It is also the highest number of recorded property sales in Spain during September for the last five years.
